If you are the parent / caregiver of an infant aged 0 months - 1 year, you are invited to join Birthscapes 'Beyond Birth Mindful Early Parenting course' on Friday mornings, from 11th February - 18th March, 11:00-12:15 (GMT).
Sessions are held online via zoom.
Welcome to Beyond Birth, a mindful group for you as a new parent, designed to be the weekly tonic that you need to keep your mind in balance and to provide place to connect with others on the same journey as you.
Each weekly session is designed to ease the transition into parenthood. Think of it as hand-holding across a wobbly bridge into and unknown place, providing you with reassurance and help in finding your feet.
You (and your partner / family member etc) will learn skills to calm, soothe and tune inwards.
